A big thank you to those who turned out for our events this week! We had a great showing at our Star Wars Destiny Tournament and at our Paint Night. We look forward to our next events for both of those, so make sure to check out our website and Facebook page for more information on those upcoming events!
This weekend, we have a few big things going on so let's dive into what is available for your game playing pleasure.
First off, on Saturday, June 23rd at 11:30am, we will be having our Magic the Gathering Dominaria Store Championship. We will be doing Standard format for this event so come prepared with your 60 card deck and 15 card sideboard. Be ready to earn a lot of really cool prizes that a first-peek at the next set with a foil rare, full-art promo card from MTG Core 2019. Top 8 players win an exclusive Ultra Pro deck box and the store champion wins an exclusive playmat as seen above. This event is free to participate in!
 Also on Saturday, June 23rd from 12:00pm to 10:00pm, join us for our Board Game Day! This will be a bring your own games event but we do have a game library, and you are welcome to play any of those in the Demo section. There will be a $5.00 entry fee which covers one $1.00 snack, or $1.00 drink, and prizes such as play to win and raffles. You can also purchase additional raffle tickets for $3.00 each. This time around, we will be raffling Terraforming Mars, 7 Wonders: Duel, Istanbul and Santorini. The raffle will be held at 6:30pm and you must be present to win. We look forward to seeing you all there for some great game playing!
Next week, make sure to join us on Tuesday, June 26th at 7:00pm for our Killer Bunnies Game Night! This great game is a fast paced, action filled card game, in which you must try to keep as many Bunnies alive as possible, while eliminating your opponents' Bunnies. It's off-the-wall strategic fun, where the goal is to survive and claim the Magic Carrot to win the game! This event is free to participate in.

Core Set 2019 Prerelease |
Join us, Saturday June 30th all day long for our MTG Open House.
This event is for people who have never played Magic before, need a Magic refresher, or want to introduce a friend to the game. Show up, get a Welcome Deck, and play Magic against other newer players.
We will have free Welcome Decks available for new players and will have our staff and other experienced players who can help teach how to play. Those who come and participate will receive a special promo card of Guttersnipe.
We will also have our Buy-a-Box promo running and for the first time ever, you can pick up the new Planeswalker decks for Core 2019 2 weeks before release! |
Compete for the title of Store Champion, and prove you are the best pilot at Gamer's Inn! Join us on Saturday, June 30th at 11:30am for our X-Wing Store Championship!
Bring your most innovative squad (100pts), and battle for unique prizes while enjoying a friendly, relaxed tournament. Players will have the opportunity to win great prizes from the FFG X-Wing Store Championship 2018 kit.
There will be a $10 entry fee for this event. Players can register in store or online by following this link. There will be a 24 player limit so make sure to sign up early! |
It's just about Prerelease time again. For Core Set 2019, we are once again excited to be having not one, not two, but THREE official Prerelease Events.
Our first event will be a Midnight Sealed Event. Make sure to show up at 11:30pm on July 6th so we can get everyone registered and ready to play. Then on July 7th, we will have a Two Headed Giant event at 11:30am followed by a second Sealed Event at 5:00pm. Each event is $25 per person, but when you participate in more than one event, you will get a $5.00 discount!
If you preordered a box of Core Set 2019 boosters, those will be available for pick up as well. There is still time to preorder those. You can do so in store or online by following this link. |
